- people have lives outside of their social media accounts. you really don’t know anybody by the posts they make and the selfies they upload. everyone has a personality that isn’t just what they show online.
- you can unfollow anyone at any time for any reason. you don’t need an excuse and you don’t need to apologize. no one is entitled to your online experience. you’re allowed to just say “i don’t really talk to this person or enjoy their content anymore” and decide to remove them from your following.
- seriously, being online is tiring, but you don’t have to conform to anyone’s standards but your own.
